Finding the right chair is hard itself, but meeting the right team is harder. I've been searching for a massager for over a year now, and was never able to pull the trigger due to the location I live. I live 3-4 hours away from Toronto and traveling out to the city is extremely difficult and any store I call just wanted to talk numbers rather than give me peace of mind. That being said, after I spoke with Justin, he assured that I would still be entitlted to the warranty even with the distance, and his team would come and install everything rather than using a delivery agency. Especially with the price of these chairs, this type of service was the part that sealed the deal for us. I would 1000% recommend the team, the chair is great, but do your research as well.

This chair has been a fantastic addition to my wife’s wellness routine, especially the cycling mode. She deals with spinal stenosis, a left knee replacement, and arthritis in her right knee after recovering from a torn meniscus, and she absolutely loves the 20-minute massage sessions. Chair is good

OK so first of all, I've been shopping and deep diving for information about the perfect massage chair for over a year and a half. I've looked on reddit, you tube, Facebook, Google reviews and there's really no definitive and reliable information on massage chairs today. Alot of opinions and alot of AI videos that are just made by the companies selling that particular chair. And after almost 2 years of painstaking research, and almost purchasing a couple other chairs but thank the good lord they feel through, I've come upon bodyfriend. Their reliability and build quality so far, is amazing and the fact they are built in south Korea says it all. The chair weighs a ton and isn't made with cheap plastic motors, as it is all brushless stainless steel and high quality vegan leather. The only thing i can say that's better than this chair, is the customer service. I've been dealing with Justin, from bodyfriend, and he was an absolute delight to work with. He was patient, professional, he answered all my questions in a speedy and kind manner, and worked with me on the pricing so I knew 100% that I was getting the best massage chair on the market for the absolute best price. Get this, he even flew in from Toronto to winnipeg on a Sunday to come assemble it for me. This kind of cuisine service can't be taught or faked. This man is a genuinely great person who cares about the product he's selling and makes your happiness his #1 priority. I promise you, if you're having trouble deciding on a brand, or finding it difficult to trust online shopping, call Justin at bodyfriend and he will change your life. I myself, got the bodyfriend Leonardo DV, which is pretty much their best model, and if you're not wanting to spend over 10k, there's other models are packed full of options that would check any box you have. The hardest part for me was choosing a specific model because they all have a wide variety of different options that benefit a battered and broken body lol. Awesome chair and very unique with the leg stretch. I don't personally use the robo mode features as much as the massage itself is enough for me but my wife loves the yoga stretch program. One of those purchases where you get what you pay for and we GOT what we paid for

I wasn’t really planning on buying a massage chair at first, my wife was the one who really wanted one. We stopped by to check out a few models and ended up trying the Phantom Rovo. To my surprise, it fit both of us perfectly, even though we’re pretty different in height. That sold us right away.

Now that we’ve had it for a couple of months, I find myself using it more than I thought I would. It’s become my go to spot to relax after a long day, while my wife practically lives in it a few times a week. It’s been great for both of us.
